What cup(s) do y’all use and why?
I think I’d be helpful to share the brand/size of cup you use, your flow/cervix height, and why it’s a good match with you.
I’ll start: I use the Lily cup size A. I have a medium/heavy flow and a high cervix. My favorite features about the cup are the long length, strong base/stem, soft material, no spill rim, and that the rim opens VERY easily to create a suction. (Which is sometimes annoying but I’d rather it open too easily than do difficult.)
