Dry skin help
My daughter is has patches of skin that are slowly getting red, dry and scaly. Not sure if it’s just winter and dry weather causing it or something more? My hands get dry in winter but not red and trashy like hers.
My husband is against using lotion because his brother had bad skin that he said growing up lotions would make it worse. Lotion is my first thought and not sure what else to do? Any help or insight is appreciated! Thanks!!
