13 month old head twitch...

My boy has just the last few days started this odd twitch. It only lasts a matter of seconds and it’s twice a day tops I’ve noticed. He kind of puts his chin fine and flicks his head to the side a couple of times then stops. Is it tiredness? Does anyone else’s child do this? Thanks
