Ok some background me and my fiance have been together for 10 years we have 3 kids and believe me having anytime together is hard.

He has taken to masterbation in the car to and from work. Because of this habit he has even given himself an infection on his penis.

And though all this I have done my best to be a supportive as possible but on most days it really hard to be cause I'm not getting what I've never had to fight for. He can't perform like he once could in bed and I know it not me but it does put a bent in one's self esteem. What do I do I can't keep going on like this?
