Cat screams every morning

Hi all

I have a Turkish van cate 1 year 8 month old . He screams every morning around 4 or 5 am . If we closed our bedroom door he screams the same time or if he sleeps with us he screams. Any suggestions please will appreciate.

It’s break my sleep everyday then again going to sleep is very difficult for me . What should I do or what you did if your cat did same thing with you .
