Running with PCOS tips

Anyone else a new or veteran runner with PCOS? I just started in December and I’m addicted already.

I’m learning to slow it down and taking a rest day but I just feel so anxious on days I don’t run.

The real quotation is supplements. What do YOU take to help with the running ? I constantly feel sore and fatigued and I’m starting to think my daily women’s vitamin just isn’t enough. Especially because I’m eating waay more than I’m used to, craving ice cream all the time and getting mid cycle bleeds .

I’m really trying to avoid taking a handful of pills a day (like when I was actively ttc) and narrowing it down to at least three a day.
