My kids age 5 and age 1

Have a room full of toys and won’t play in it they only play in it long enough to trash the place then come back out to the living room to get on my nerves 😳

I clean that room everyday but either of my kids have zero interest in playing in there not to mention they have tons and tons of toys and don’t play with any of it xmas just passed and they don’t play with anything they got for xmas 5 mins at the most is what they do with the toys they don’t ever get along and play together my 5 year old won’t play with her brother at all they fight ALOT what can I do to fix this ?
