Daughters poop looks like this!?

My daughter is 10 months. She had E. coli about 2 months ago and ever since she’s had crazy diarrhea. She’s been through 2 rounds of meds to treat it, and countless diet changes to try and help with runny stools but nothings helping. She’s poops up her back 2-3 times a day because none of her poops are solid anymore. It’s so frustrating

Well today she pooped and it had these dark green stringy things in it. This was the pajamas she had on but the diaper was covered with them and they were stuck all over her butt. Any ideas what these are?

I’m calling doc on Monday and this will be the 5th time we’ve gone to the dr about runny stools. I’m at a loss 😫
