He keeps coming up to me crying cause it hurts him. Don’t mind his dirty face he just got done eating dinner, he’s had this before as well.

Looks like a sore spot. They can be really tender/painful and they can take a week or so to go away. There’s a peroxide rinse by Orajel that really helps and it doesn’t burn like regular mouthwash. My boyfriend gets these from time to time and the rinse is the only thing that keeps him from being a cranky butt
