Am I pregnant ??

I am feeling nauseous and have morning sickness and my stomach feels Tight-ish and I just feel uncomfortable to seat down and I'm peeing more than normal and my emotions are going crazy and I have been having hot flashes and I am cramping a little I also had a clear white gel like discharge when I wiped on January 2, 2021 I have also I have taken pregnancy test and all have said negative and I have pressure on my uterus when I stand and I feel like I should be 2 or 3 months pregnant but I'm not
