Covid & pregnancy?

Question

Has anyone got Covid in their first trimester and ended up being okay? I asked my OB if me getting it because of my work would it hurt the baby and he said no. But when I Google it I know some ladies have gone into premature labor and I’m only 7 weeks. I have a good bit before I get into my second trimester. I’m of good health and have no health problems. Just need some reassurance.

I tested positive for COVID & tested positive with a baby within like 3 days of each other. My doctor told me there was a risk for miscarriage. I only had a sore throat & headache for two days, not as bad as others. I’m now 29 weeks & baby is growing as she should be 🥰

I asked my midwife about it because I can get the vaccine through work but they said it’s advised against getting the vaccine yet as itsnot tested on pregnant ladies and there’s no evidence that having COVID whilst pregnant can cause any harm to you or baby. 
The main thing they said was that if you get a fever, don’t wrap up to sweat it out. He said you need to lose the fever, take paracetamol and drink water and do everything to bring your temp down

Premature labor would be referring to women who are in the last trimester.
