Could it be teething or something else.

My daughter will be 20 months on January 9th and this morning when we got up I noticed she was really warm, my husband first thought was her being covered up and I didn’t think so, so I took her temperature and it was 102.3 and I gave her Tylenol, hopefully her fever would go down, she wouldn’t eat breakfast but she drank some juice, I’ve checked her temperature every hour and I checked it not to long ago and it went down to 100.2, all she want is to lay around and sleep, and she starting to smile and laugh.

I don’t know if it could be teething or something else. Most times when she runs a fever from teething her fever brakes after taking Tylenol.
