6 month old very gassy babies wont sleep 😭

I have 8 month old (6 months corrected) twins who used to sleep somewhat okay at night (8-10 hours, waking 1-3 times each per night). Over the last two weeks they’ve become increasingly gassy to the point where I’m getting 2 hours of sleep overnight as theres always one of them crying (and eventually farting and burping before falling back asleep until the next set of gas).

I keep reading about the 6 month sleep regression but they’d probably have to stop farting to sleep to really hit that....?!

Anyone have this happen? Found anything helpful? So far we’ve tried osteopath, chiro, ovol drops, cocyntal, gripe water, fennel tea, holding positions for gas, bouncing on an exercise ball, playing them out (tummy time) as much as possible to try to burn out the gas), have stopped any formulas a while back, exclusively breastfeeding ( and hardly eating anything to avoid any potentially gas inducing foods),....
