Resources for home birth ✨

Hi ladies! Wondering if any of you have any resources to prepare and educate for a natural unmedicated home birth. My husband and I have already hired an excellent certified nurse midwife, and I have gone to two different OBGYN clinics to confirm a healthy, low risk pregnancy before deciding that the home birth route is definitely the right choice for us. My husband and I are very comfortable with the idea of laboring and delivering in our home. I fully anticipate it to be an instinctual process, but I would love to hear from anyone who has any useful resources to prepare for this journey!

*Before anyone decides to jump down my throat about having a planned home birth, we are absolutely open to transferring to a nearby hospital in the event of a true emergency. After having a very traumatic hospital experience at the beginning of last year where I almost died due to negligence, our trust in the US medical system has been broken, and we would only be able to face a planned hospital birth with anxiety and uncertainty. We are very aware of the risks, and the benefits of having a home birth with a licensed midwife, and have already decided that it is right for us, so please do not comment with unnecessary negativity.
