I'm still breastfeeding. My daughter has plant-based milk made from coconuts since she is allergic to dairy, soy, oat and almond. 😊

In Sweden we have a special formula for toddlers based on either oats or maize and milk. Our 2 yr old gets 2-3 bottles a day. The aim is to eventually just have one before bedtime. The evening bottle signals bedtime and is a well established part of the routine. It has also been amazing in sickness as it’s been all he’s wanted to eat during colds and fever etc. Great way to make sure he drinks plenty and get plenty of nutrition.

My son has semi skimmed milk with his breakfast and tea. He drinks water the rest of the time.
