Can you ovulate once you get a negative pregnancy test but are bleeding from miscarriage ??

Or only after bleeding stops?

Like could you technically ovulate while you’re bleeding/spotting or even before the bleeding stops if your pregnancy never progressed and hcg never was higher than 55?
