Life advice/ please don't bash my ideas lol

So I'm stuck on what I want to go to college for. I'm 23 and I want a career... So the first thing I guess I should start with is school. I was looking into zoology/wildlife biology bc my whole life I've loved animals and have wanted to work with them and I do have quite a bit of experience working with animals, just non exotic kind. Another thing I'm having to think about is my husband is going to be a full time trucker this year and I'm waiting a few years to go with him bc we were going to buy houses and rent them as another form of income it's also something I've thought about for years. So my plan was I would go to school, work on closing on a house or two when we can and when my husband and his dad split up and stop dual driving I was going to get on the truck with him. Now I would go now but I have a little farm and of course I have other things I think I can do which is the schooling and the house buying. My goal on the truck would be to possibly teach online in the field I go to school for (maybe) and ofc have the landlord income. I'm aware none of this will happen over night I'm fully prepared to put years into these projects bc my husband will be gone doing something he loves, I want that for myself as well. And I know everything cost money but if anyone has any advice I can look into to hopefully succeed, that'd be the best. My husband is the only supportive person I have. Everyone else gives their opinion on how they would do it so differently which is fine but it's not helping lol. Even if I do change my mind on things, this all has been on my mind for a while sooo..
