Does anyone else’s LO audibly grind their teeth? Please comment any advice to help prevent it

He doesn’t do it anymore but he did when his top teeth first came through. I just tried my best to show no reaction to it and just distract him with something else. It didn’t last for too long but that sound is so awful!

My son went through that phase a couple months ago and grew out of it. I haven't seen or heard him do it in a while.

No advice but our pediatrician said not to worry about it. It is starting to decrease too.

Every time he gets a new tooth

Pediatrician said not to draw Attention to it. She said it will just go away on its own. So far it seems to work and it’s the same thing we did with our older kids. Didn’t last long with either one of them

Mine does, everytime he does it, we give him a teether. We change up the teether each time so he doesn't get bored, sometimes it is sophie, sometimes frozen one, sometimes its a ring. Since doing that, it has in fact lessened
