Eczema?

This has appeared on my one year olds leg. She had really bad eczema as a baby that just cleared up after we cut certain products out of her routine and were given steroid cream. Currently trying to get through to the doctors, does this look like eczema again? Last time it was huge patches covering her back so I’m unsure this time
