Couple things that helped me lose 100+lbs
Switching from regular sodas to 0 sugar sodas 1.) Helped me not drink calories because these are 0 calories and 2.) Helped with not eating/ drinking sugar with my insulin resistance.
With tortillas a small flour tortilla is 100 calories vs a big spinach and herb tortilla is 50. Literally cut in half and bigger!
These are just a couple of the things I did to lose 100+lbs in less than 2 years in a healthy way!
