Retroactive Relationship OCD... do you believe that it’s a real Obsessive Compulsive Disorder?

This isn’t political so I hope that this is allowed. But I was recently in a thread about this and a lot of people were saying that they don’t believe it’s an obsessive compulsive disorder and that it’s just creepy. Some said otherwise.

If you don’t know what it is, you should google it. But to sum it up, it’s basically where someone obsesses over their partners past relationships and causes them to have compulsions.

I feel like I personally suffer from this so naturally I do believe it’s a true obsessive compulsive disorder, but I am wondering what others here think about it!

I’m not looking to argue with anyone, so please try to refrain from being hateful. I just want a genuine opinion on whether you believe it’s real or not.
