My oldest is almost 5, so I don’t really remember how this works, LOL. My youngest just turned 1 and all I remember is that with my oldest I would mix 1/2 formula and 1/2 milk. I don’t remember how often I would offer it or if I would give it only when he had meals or whatever. I just know my youngest likes to have a bottle when he wakes up, before a nap and before bed, sometimes one in between there if he doesn’t eat much food at lunch or dinner. Should I be offering milk/formula in a cup with meals instead of giving a bottle when he wakes up? I dunno what I’m supposed to be doing. 😅 help lol
