when did your baby start walking?

my son is 1 and will take a couple of steps then lose confidence and drop down to crawl haha I’m not too worried about it. just curious to see when other babies started

My son started to walk with assistance at like 8 months until when he turned 12 months old, he became pro at walking without any assistance. Now, he’s 15 months and able to walk/run. From what I know, it’s normal for a baby to start walking from 8 1/2 to 20 months so don’t worry if your baby haven’t walk at 12 or 14 months old yet. Keep encouraging him to walk with assistance by a walker or hold hands while you walk with your baby, your baby will walk without any help eventually.

My daughter didnt take an assisted step until 13.5 months. My cousins son didnt even crawl until 13 months and by 15 months was running around. Kids decide when they are ready.

My oldest walked at 10 months, my twins walked at 14 months. (Oddly enough, the ones that I really NEEDED to walk sooner than later, were later lol)
