If the test line (T) is AS dark or darker THAN the control line (C), the test is positive, and you'll likely ovulate within approximately the next 36 hours.

Keyword AS and THAN so if it looks identical than the control line or darker than the control like it is positive.

People even told me mine was negative like Chile please I’m 6+ years experience (really 11 years) with OPKs

This does NOT mean you are ovulating this means your are about to ovulate in the next 24-36 hours.
