Weaning off formula?!?

Hi, FTM here so I need help!!! 
My son will be 11 months old tomorrow and over the last few days we have noticed that he is drinking less formula than he normally would. Gone from 30 oz/day to about 20. 
He won’t finish a bottle and will go long stretches between them (4-5hrs) and still won’t finish his Normal 8 oz. 
Will bottles/formula be done with soon? And if so, how do you go about just giving him cows milk and regular food. We’re so used to 4 bottles a day so I have no idea how to go about this! Lol 
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I started adding a little whole milk into the formula a couple weeks before baby turned 1. Like 1 ounce whole milk with 4 ounces of formula. After a week I upped it so once she was a year I just did 2 ounces of formula with the whole milk until the formula was gone. She doesn’t care as long as it’s warm. I’d say she is drinking about 20 ounces a day.

What we did was give milk the first day at first he did not like it but the second day he liked it.. we sit him in the high chair & give him
Breakfast & milk then we do our lunch with juice then dinner with milk and we also do a few snacks throughout the days
