Am I miscarrying?

I dont have any clotting, cramping, discomfort or any kind of pain. Am I miscarrying?

It depends honestly. I had bleeding like this on and off for two weeks before i miscarried. I didn’t have cramps either so I had hope I wouldn’t miscarriage but sadly I did. I had this as well with my third pregnancy for a couple weeks and had a perfectly healthy baby. It is all different

Sub chronic hemorrhage of placenta. I’ve had one with both pregnancy. No cramping or anything that’s what it looks like to me and it common. It heals on its own.

You don’t need to have any cramping to miscarry. As long as your not filling a pad you should be good, but definitely make an appointment or go to the hospital to check to be safe.
