Anyone else gets like this ?

I get so much anxiety when i fight with my husband. My heart rate goes up and i cant sleep :(

Yes!! My bf and I can get in a fight and he will go to sleep easily and I am up all night tossing and turning. Luckily we don’t fight often but it upsets me horribly when we do. Physically/mentally/emotionally.

It used to happen in the beginning of our relationship, felt like I was gonna have a heart attack sometimes... but then I realized he was being an ass and I was just scared of losing him. 
Since then I don’t put up with his tantrums and he has changed drastically. I don’t feel anxious anymore.

Yes me as well. I know we will work it out and our love is strong but at least 3x in the last 5 yrs i have went to bed feeling anxious and not able to sleep. Each time it was resolved though.

I do, I get like this with any type of confirmation honestly when I get heated . I’ll get Shakey and my heart will race and I’ll get out of breath. It’s not good . Not sure why I get that way .
