Ferrous sulfate 3x a day plus my prenatal plus my stomach meds 🤨🤨

I was just prescribed ferrous sulfate 3x a day i also take Prevacid for my gerd on top of my prenatal what iam confused about is i take my Prevacid in the morning then i guess i need to take my iron pills two hours later with food? Then i take my prenatal in the afternoon time and i guess i gotta take the iron pills again 2 hours later? Iam so confused because the recommended dose for pregnancy is only 45mg i gotta take 65mg plus what’s in my prenatal which is 27mg isn’t that too much? Please someone advise me cause I’m totally confused on when to take all these meds.. I’m 34 weeks on Friday 1/15/21
