What does your 1 year old drink

I tried squash today as he doesnt drink much Water and gulped loads down but I cant help but feel I don't know if its the right choice instead of water

2 5yo drinks water and full fat milk. Has maybe had a few sips of my fresh orange juice ages ago but nothing else.

My little girl wont drink water at all, she’s two but hasn’t since I started giving her water. She would just spit it out, I still try once a day but it just sits there or she’ll spit it on the floor. I’ve always given sugar free juice or smoothies
