In your opinion what's better?

I work at a daycare and every child takes a nap it's a part of our routine. Each one of these children gets up real early to come here while their parents go to work so a afternoon nap is best to not be cranky. Also mine is with me and his nap doesn't affect his sleeping at night. He sleeps the whole night.

No nap because then I can get him down for bed around 7 or 8. If he takes a late nap, it’s more like 9:30-11, which kicks MY ass. 😂😭

No nap! My kid is a turd lol.
He gets up around 9:45 every morning and naps from 1-2:45, bed at 8. The schedule does not change. If he fights sleep until 2, he naps until 2:45 no questions. 
I learned the hard way with him that if I don't stick to a concrete schedule with him, every bit of hard work we've done to get here is gone.
He thought 6am or later was bedtime until he was 9 months old. I literally couldn't take it anymore. So the last 10 months I've been super strict about it but only because it works best for him.

Not sure what late is to you but for us it’s like 6 and she wants to party all night. Lol I let her sleep until about 10 am so she normally naps around 2 if she doesn’t I try keeping her up and just going to bed an hour earlier. If I let he fall asleep she doesn’t that night.

My 18 month old has currently been doing late naps like 1-3or 4.depending how early he woke up that morning.. however if im not hom and someone else is watching him his nap schedule gets all messed up and hes a little terror.
