Encouragement on Femara

Need some encouragement! I’m on 5 mg of letrozole, and Saturday I went in for a scan.... follicles are growing but they’re tiny. Went in today for another scan to see if they’ve gotten big enough and I still only have some that are less than 11 mm 😞 I go in again on Friday morning to see if they get bigger.

Have any of you ever had success in a cycle where the follicles were small and ended up growing large enough after awhile? If they didn’t, what did you end up doing? Increasing the dose? Feeling so discouraged right now.
