Brown stuff in underwear

Just started Metformin and Clomid this month I am on cycle day 19 just came from getting my blood work done for my progesterone level. I have PCOS, abt to get in shower and used the bathroom sat down and saw this ..never seen this ever before ! Please help, it’s brown my period is supposed to be in 7 days ..could I be pregnant I’m so confused on what this could be. Yucky😩 . Also last month when I got bloodwork done before starting Metformin and Clomid my level was 8
