What product is good for the acne and marks on the face?

I don't really have acne, but my skin is very sensitive and when I get grains they mark very fast. I had a product that was working with the marks and there where going away, but it's not working anymore so I need something better. Please, help!

Bio oil and cerave both available at Walmart.

Use bio-oil! It's amazing. You can get it at Walmart target etc. it says for stretch marks on the bottle but I used it and it worked within a week. Put it on at night and wash off in the am ! Hope this helps.
