Nose bleeds??

Question

I’m probably around 5-7 DPO. OnJanuary 9th and today my nose was bleeding. I’ve recently been taking prenatal, biotin, vitamin D3,and vitamin B12, and im just wondering if im overdoing the vitamins? Or could it be a possible early pregnancy symptom?
