I'm pretty sore in my groin region pelvis I'm cramping a little i'm only about 3-4 weeks should I be worried? :( I'm very emotional ab it.

I had horrible cramping my first few weeks. Like sooo bad I was sure I was gonna miscarry and kept checking for blood but never got any then at my first appointment she was healthy as ever and soon the cramps went away 🤷🏽‍♀️ our bodies have to get used to being pregnant

Cramping is normal in early pregnancy as long as there is no bleeding. And if the cramping isnt too painful
