What’s going on?

So I’ve had previous miscarriage so I’m nervous and need help! So I had a MC on thanksgiving and never had a period in between and wound up being pregnant. Well my doctor wanted to check blood levels so I went in on a Monday and then Wednesday and they were doubling and everything was good. So over the weekend I’m a nervous nelly and took test every morning which were all bright positive then went in again on Monday and they said it’s negative blood test but I’m still getting bright positives at home and no signs of MC no bleeding or cramping. I’m baffled because I’ve never experienced anything like this. What’s y’all’s thoughts?
