When does babys actually talk?

Hi all. My baby girl is 13 months old. Here is the situation with my girl. She says the words like mamma, attha, da da, ka, ba ba. She doesn't like to.play with toys, she likes to.play in kitchen, she doesn't show interest on books, she likes songs and rhymes and music. Does babies be the same at this age? When does they talk am little worried with her speech. Is it too early to worry about her talking? Just wondering only my baby or any other babies does that? Iam a ftm, so many questions.
