+OPK no Temp rise

What should I do? First peak opk was CD 10 and intensified more on CD 11. opk is now negative on CD13 and I still have no temp rise? Is it normal for a temp rise to be this delayed? Did I not ovulate? Should I continue to check OPKs for another surge? My cycles are short, between 23-26 days. This is my first time temping and I’ve been consistent, checking between 6:15-6:30am every day.
