Thick hair down there

I have very thick dark curly hair down below and I can easily go through a couple razors. Any advice on getting that seamless smooth skin ideally as pain free as possible. I find it particularly hard to deal with new growth and have to wait till it's almost full length before attempting to cut again, unfortunately growth seems to start back within a day or two. 😩
