So I know I messed up by co sleeping but we were struggling due to covid anyways my 1yr old does NOT sleep through the night, she weaned herself off breast milk so now I give her cows milk. She wakes up 3-4xs a night for milk (cows not Breast) I do the whole nighttime routine, and during the day I make sure to give her enough solids. I have tried working on her sleeping on her own but she is just not having it! Someone please help give me some hope of sanity lol. With my son I never had this problem and with her it’s a whole OTHER story 🥺
