Need some reassurance

Hey, so I've had 3 chemical pregnancies in the past 5 months of trying and it devastated me. AF is due tomorrow and I'm so scared I tested at 10dpo and got my bfp. I've been cramping much like AF cramps and having backaches. I retested to see if my lines have progressed. I then took a digital test too, I'm currently 4w 3 days according to glow. Is it safe to say I'm actually Pregnant? Did the digital test ever fail anyone?, meaning have anyone ever gotten strong positives and then AF showed on the predicted day or a few days later? I know this is an u predictable question but I'm so so scared.
