Do they help with trying to conceive, or only for while you are pregnant?
Just started taking them in hopes of something will help us finally 😔

I'm not sure if they help with conceiving, but it's great to already be taking in those extra vitamins for when you do conceive! I take them everyday as well. Been taking them since I stopped my BC in April.

They don't necessarily help you conceive, but it is definitely good to take them so that you will be at your healthiest and have all the vitamins and minerals your baby will need when you do conceive. Good luck and baby dust!!
