My baby has this and Dr said it was a birth mark.

My baby has the same I don’t know what it is but I’ve been putting aquaphor on it after bath time but doesn’t seem to heal so I will ask doctor about it on her next check up

It’s a stork bite, my daughter has one on the nape of her neck and on her lower back, also known as birth marks. Usually they will go away at some point tho.
