Lengthening wake windows + naps

When your baby’s wake windows get longer, do you wake him/her up earlier in the morning to keep an early bed time?

I hope that makes sense, if not - here I go at trying to explain 😂

Right now, this is my baby’s schedule with 3 hour wake windows

Wake up between 8 and 9am

1st nap between 11 and 12

2nd nap between 3 and 4

Bedtime between 7:30 and 8:30.

I feel like she needs to start having longer wake windows because her first nap of the day has been short lately and my hubby or I will have to rock her back to sleep so she naps longer.

OR what will happen is one of her naps is super short while the other is longer (which I’m okay with, but id rather both be long so I can get things done if possible 😂)

But if/when her wake windows get to be 3.5 or 4 hours, or more, should I be waking her up earlier so she can still have bedtime between 7:30 and 8:30pm?

I’ve heard if the last nap interferes with bedtime then it’s time to drop a nap. But I don’t think she’s ready for 1 nap a day. But I do think she needs her wake windows to be slightly larger. But if I extend her wake windows, then she’ll be napping later and it will make her have a later bedtime. We just recently transitioned from 3 to 2 naps!

I hope this makes sense. Idk, what’s your baby’s schedule like? Any suggestions on what to do if wake windows need to start being longer but you still want to keep an early bedtime?

My only guess would be to wake up earlier or drop a nap, but like I mentioned I think it’s too soon to drop a nap again! And I like that she’s been letting us sleep in 😂😂
