Ovarian cyst

Hey so I have an ovarian cyst and this is my first time having one and according to my doctor it’s gotten quite big and it’s getting more painful ,I’m starting to double over in pain and I probably won’t get surgery to have it removed for another month and we have tried different ones but over the counter medicines are only lightening the pain a little so do any of you have any recommendations for pain reliever
