Im confused... help!

So according to Glow im going to ovulate in 3 days but according to 2 other apps I have already ovulated because I had my peak on the 5th... as you can tell I BD a LOT (not even because of ttc but because we like to...) and I know I do have PCOS so LH tests are for sure but I just need a little reassurance? So far im only 8dpo if I go by the peak day... but today I also got a dark LH test too... advice?
