Please help...

So I started af Wednesday late afternoon (cd 12 baded on temps) light flow. Thursday kinda medium. And Friday back to light but more or less spotting. Saturday spotting. I normally bleed heavy for 3 days. During that time my bbt dropped where it should. Then yesterday I woke and my bbt went above my coverline. I refuse to take a test. Im tired of negatives and I have no symptoms. Im working night shift so im curious what its going to be today. I know you can't read to much into 1 temp but its so odd. Anyone ever experience this?
