Can I use fever medicine for a cold? My LO has had a cold for like the past week. & I’ve given her medicine everyday, but it’s liquid Motrin and Advil. My mom said it isn’t working because it’s for a fever and she doesn’t have one. Is that true? Should I get cold medicine or just take her to the doctor? She’s really congested. & at this point her nose is getting sores from wiping it
