Pain in cervix

I have had 2 other perfectly normal pregnancies, this will be my 3rd and I know exactly what lightning crotch feels like. I’ve had a lot of it but the other night I lost a bit of my mucus plug; which I get can happen and not be a big deal but earlier I felt this snap in my cervix as I was peeing. No fluid leaking or bleeding so I assumed that was baby just moving as an awkward moment. But now every time I go pee today I feel this extreme sharp pain in my cervix. It’s not burning or anything like that(no uti or yeast infection) and not exactly lightning crotch either. Has anyone else experienced this? I will go in or call my ob if I have fluid start to leak or bleeding but otherwise I always feel crazy for calling for things that may be completely normal😂
