Does he love me

Hi!

So my boyfriend and I have been dating for three months and we’ve been spending so much time together and i’ve never felt this way for anybody so i told him I loved him last week. I knew he wasn’t going to say it back but i still said it. He told me he didn’t feel ready to say it yet and that’s about it. Yesterday I was at his house and he asked the typical “do you still like me” and i said “of course i like you. i love you” and then he started crying and snuggled up his head on my chest (we were laying on the couch). I asked him what was wrong and why he was crying and he said “because I love you too” and obviously i was happy to hear it but i can’t help thinking that he’s only saying it because i said it a few days prior. I dont want him to say it if he doesn’t mean it so do you think he means it or not?
